For backing up image I suggest yo use Dflash ;not from tspanel
The reason box gets stuck and also after reboot stuck in http mode
Before you back up you must mount mount -t jffs2 /dev/mtdblock2 /boot
from telnet

To get dflash working on PLi you need to mount /boot :
mount -t jffs2 /dev/mtdblock2 /boot
Or you can add this to your /etc/fstab to automount /boot.
/dev/mtdblock2 /boot jffs2 defaults 0 0
Otherwise you will end up with an unbootable backup
If you dont have sl84a in box you must flash it before the image
or you get error invalid image in browser
